This collar is made on a pre-dyed green veg tan leather base with a vibrant retro patterned faux leather detail strip secured to the base with rivets and a center D-ring. The collar is 1-1/4 inch wide and will fit a neck between 14-1/2 inches and 18-1/2 inches in half inch increments.
